The 2024 Nevada Union Prospector yearbook is on sale now at YearbookOrderCenter.com, where Early Bird Pricing is currently in effect.
The starting sales price is $85 — the lowest of the year. On October 16, the price raises to $90. Eventually, at the end of the school year, the price of the yearbook is $105.
“Our yearbook is 224 pages of full color photos and stories, hard bound and created by our CTE Publication Design classes,” said Ms. Keri Kemble, NUmedia Publications Adviser. “Annual yearbook sales pay our printing bill, of course, and they also help fund student learning experiences with professional-level equipment and software. It’s a business that the students are running, and finding the balance between expenses and income is also part of their learning.”
Returning to school after the COVID shutdown, the Prospector yearbook has struggled to keep up with community demand.
“For the past two years running, the yearbook has sold out,” said Ms. Kemble. “We add to our printing order every year based on our number of books sold by January, but still end up with a waiting list of students wanting yearbooks. It’s been super popular.”
